Pauline Bryant is a distinguished Commercial ORAT Specialist with an extensive background in the aviation sector. Over the years, she has excelled in establishing and transitioning award-winning Fixed Based Operations (FBOs), VIP passenger terminals, and lounges. Renowned for her hands-on approach, Pauline has been instrumental in supporting new aviation start-ups, ensuring their operational readiness and effectively mitigating risks. 

Her core competencies encompass setting up FBOs, initiating VIP passenger terminals, and developing lounges. Additionally, she has expertise in risk mitigation and ensuring smooth transitions during airport handovers. Pauline has a proven track record of forging collaborative relationships with airport concessionaires and third-party stakeholders, a testament to her skill in facilitating seamless operations. Pauline's most notable projects highlight her breadth of experience and leadership. These include her consultancy role in Commercial ORAT for Abu Dhabi Airport, the establishment of the Marshall-branded FBO at Birmingham Airport, and the development of the VIP Lounge for Falcon Aviation in Dubai. Furthermore, she played a pivotal role in setting up a commercial lounge at Cambridge Airport and managed the transition of the VIP business terminal at Al Bateen Airport, earning accolades for her project management skills.
